• Claims: Claims are only acceptable within one day of delivery. Claims must be submitted within this time frame.
• Evaluation: All returned products will be evaluated by our Quality Assurance (QA) team before processing the claim. Damaged products must be in original packaging, with the original receipt attached.
• Delivery Charges: If the correct item was delivered, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Online Purchases Only: Returns can only be processed through our online store for items purchased via the official website.
• Store Credit: In case of a valid claim, online store credit may be provided if the return is approved.
